ITEMS AND SERVICES INCLUDED WITH RENTAL OF THEATER:
One (1) Production Staff member, basic lighting design, basic sound (CD or Ipod, and up to 5 mics), 5 metal music stands and free WiFi.
All other items must be rented from the Multicultural Arts Center (below), or, special chairs for outside wedding ceremonies or additional tables from an outside rental
vendor.

SOUND and LIGHTING:
Please discuss your needs with Production Coordinator, Jeff Robinson or Production Assistant, Michaela Bocchino, our (4) weeks
prior to your event, so we can determine what is required for your event.
Basic sound and lighting is included with theater rental.
If your lighting needs are beyond the basic house lighting plot, you will be billed at the rate of $50 per hour for lighting design.
If it is determined that you will require specific dedicated audio assistance for the event, you will be billed at the rate of $50 per hour for a sound engineer.
RESTRICTIONS:
* No open flame (lit candles) or helium balloons.
* No storage of propane tanks.
* We no longer allows rental clients to use caterers who are not on our Approved Caterer's list.
