The Multicultural Arts Center is thrilled to announce the launch of our Performing Arts Residency program, commencing in Summer 2024. This initiative will provide an emerging performing artist or group with a transformative three-month residency experience with opportunities for creative exploration and professional development.

Sambanismo Experience
is an international dance, music and art event dedicated to combining the energy and rhythm of music with the vibrant essence of Brazilian culture. The 3-day festival is highlighted by a
world-renowned teaching panel of experts & pioneers of Hip hop, House, Waacking and Afro Dance teaching dance workshops for ALL LEVELS of dancer at the Cambridge Multicultural Arts
Center. The event will also feature high level Popping, Hip Hop, House dance battles with cash prizes for the winners.
The weekend concludes with an
after-party that features the legendary DJ Spinna who visits Boston to celebrate the culmination of Sambanismo at La
Fabrica Night Life in Central Square. Patrons will be treated to the best hiphop and house music, as well as a DJ set all the way from Brazil from DJ
G!
Off-Kendrik Presents

Off-Kendrik proudly presents three original short plays that explore themes surrounding mental health. The plays are subtitled in English on multiple large screens for the enjoyment and convenience of non-Bengali speakers.

The Multicultural Arts Center welcomes back the talented students of the Cambridge Public Schools in their Young Artists Exhibition. The second half of the exhibit will feature artworks of different mediums from grades JK - 8. A true show of creativity and imagination from Cambridge Public School students. Opening Reception: Thursday, April 11, from 6pm - 8pm.
